HOW TO PICK A GRADE:  Steel wool is categorized by grades based on its coarseness, with each grade serving specific tasks. Grade 0000 (super fine) is ideal for polishing and shining delicate surfaces like wood, metal, and lacquer without scratching. Grade 000 and 00 are also fine but slightly more abrasive, perfect for removing fine rust, cleaning glass, or preparing surfaces for refinishing.
