RETURN POLICY
At HD Supply, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you need to return a product, we accept returns within 90 days from the date of purchase.
To initiate a return:
- Call us at 1-800-782-0557 to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
- We will arrange for the item to be picked up.
Please note:
- Merchandise must be returned in unused, like-new condition with a pre-authorized RA# for a credit to be issued.
- A restocking fee may apply in certain cases.
- Claims for errors such as damage, shortage, or surplus items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
- For items that arrive defective, claims must be reported within 24-48 hours of delivery.
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Non-stocked, special order, or factory direct/ships from manufacturer products.
- Warranty items.
- Items with gas-powered engines.
- Hazardous materials.
- Tinted paint.
For the return process, please use the original packaging materials if possible.

How do I make a return?

- Ensure the merchandise is in unused, like-new condition with a pre-authorized RA#.
- Freight charges will apply to returned products marked with +FREIGHT in the catalog.
- Claims for damages, shortages, or surplus must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
What if my package arrives damaged?
- Note any obvious damage next to your signature line at delivery.
- If damage is found after the driver has left, retain the original shipping carton for possible inspection by the carrier.
- Report claims within 7 days of delivery by calling Customer Service at 1-800-782-0557 and providing your customer number and invoice number.
